People who slow way down to go through the prepaid lanes on the Sam Houston Tollway, what is wrong with you?

I have never understood why traffic slows down to 50mph or below for pass through toll booths that are as wide as a regular lane of traffic. What is going through your mind as you approach these and hit the brakes?
