Pearland approves $6.1M PID for wastewater improvements
An 80-acre piece of land in Pearland, east of Hwy. 288 was rezoned to be a public improvement district, or PID, which will fund wastewater infrastructure improvements near the area at Smith Ranch Road and Hughes Road.
