Partial parking solution at George Bush

Instead of people waiting for travelers in the cell lot and then driving into that hell hole passenger pickup when they are notified their traveler is ready, maybe a better solution is available. Arriving travelers with people waiting for them in the cell lot would hop on Ecopark buses that are headed for Will Clayton. The busses could then drop them off at the Cell Lot. the happy travelers could then jump on Lee Road and leave via the outbound Will Clayton Pkwy. It's not a total solution but it seems it would certainly help the congestion around the current passenger pickup locations.
