Part time jobs

I wanted to ask/get ideas/advice for part time jobs that people do? I work an 8-5 job m-f but I feel like I want to do a bit more. I used to be a pharm tech but I let my license expire, I was a stationary engineer up until recently but the shift work was killing me, to now where I have a few months into an EHS job. I have a stem background both bio and Chem degrees but feel like I need a bit of extra cash in this economy.
