Parking vs ubering to iah with construction

I have a flight next Friday out of iah. I was just going to Uber even though it’s more expensive cause I’ve never had to shuttle by myself. But with all the construction and drop offs and pick up times taking a long time, would you guys recommend doing a ground lot? If so which one? I don’t want to get stuck waiting an hour for a shuttle and it seems every lot has reviews regarding that. Thanks!
