Parking near House of Blues?

I'm going to a show at the House of Blues next month and I'm trying to plan my parking. Last time I was there was years ago and I was dropped off, and every time I'm in downtown for something I park at the venue's parking garage, so this is a totally new situation for me.

I saw on their website that you can park at the GreenStreet garage and that it's just a couple blocks away from the venue. Would y'all recommend parking here? And how about walking back to the garage after the show at night? I imagine anywhere we park we'll have to walk for a few blocks, but I don't know how that specific area is at night. It's a small show so there's not going to be a big crowd walking back to their cars afterwards.
