Parking at Memorial Park during Houston Open

We were at Memorial Park yesterday and roads were already being closed for the golf tournament.

What will be accessible this week during the tournament? Can non-golf patrons still park north of Memorial Drive (picnic loop) to use the trails?

The only thing I can find on the Memorial Park website is from 2022 so would like to understand the current situation before heading that way.
