Parked in lot downtown— blocked by cars all around?! What am I supposed to do now?

Parked in “Premier Parking” on Preston and Fannin. Came back to my car to find that my car was completely blocked from behind and in front. Judging from the lines on the pavement it looks like this is allowed? I don’t understand.
