Park Houston App

Has anyone gotten a parking ticket using this app? I’ve been using it at UHD, but this past Wednesday I got a parking ticket. The ticket said the parking meter expired and it was issued at 1:07. I had paid on the app at it was set to expire at 1:45, so it was still going when it was issued. I did see a lot of windshields with green envelopes, so I’m wondering if the officer was just going around passing tickets out or if I’m using the wrong app somehow? As I mentioned before, I have been using the app before and haven’t had this issue. App
