Park at River Oaks apartments – anyone have any good/bad experiences there?

The most recent comments I could find in the subreddit about this place are a few years old so I'm not sure how reliable those still are.

My lease is running out in a couple months and I'm looking into moving into a larger 1-bedroom with a separate office space. I found what looks to be a nice one at the Park at River Oaks that's opening up around the right time. I already live in and really like the area. I'm going to try to tour the place soon, but does anyone currently live there and have any thoughts on it? I heard that it's relatively quiet and has a fair amount of chill older people. Any major problems with maintenance, crime, bugs, whatever? Thanks in advance for any advice!
