Park and Trail recommendations?

I love taking my son out on Thursdays to a new park or trail while my wife works. We like to go to memorial Park and getting lost. We befriended some people at Hermann park before. Buffalo bayou trail is cool to look at the bats before sunset and honestly just the vibes. Any recommendations or suggestions? I don't mind driving!
