Papa John’s Jack O’ Lantern Pizza?

Does anyone know if these pizzas are being sold anywhere in Houston? I'm unable to order them from of my local Papa Johns and when I tried contacting customer service throught the app, with a screen shot of the promotion..they claimed that the pizza promotion must be a glitch. We need our Jack O' Lantern pizza this Halloween!
