Panhandler smashes multiple car windows outside of SW Houston daycare

I am tired of this nonsense.

Homeless folks either need help getting off the streets, to be inside mental health facilities, or get help with drug/alcohol treatment.

A society like ours doesn't need folks smashing windows, shaking folks down, or running around Sabine Lofts naked with a knife.

We have to put resources into completely eliminating homelessness.
