Packages going missing and apt says they have nothing to do with package delivery

Packages going missing and apt says they have nothing to do with package delivery – had over 5 high ticket items go missing this week and not limited to one carrier. My apt has a locker service which they’re in the process of converting to. About 8 of my packages were delivered with no issue. However a mattress, a desk, a tv, a tv stand, and dining table have all gone missing. The delivery drivers often go to the leasing office to ask for instructions. The complex is the one who has signed up for locker deliveries and forced us to pay the monthly fee. Yet many of the packages are simply left outside the lockers in the mailroom or in hallways. My apt literally told me i should consider getting things delivered to a friends. I get things delivered almost every other day. Had i known there was this problem, I wouldve never moved in here. Ive never had this issue at other homes or apts…ever. Which tells me its something with this complex. Can i use this as a reason to get out of my lease? I just moved in a week ago.
