Overnight UHaul parking near museum district

Moving from out of town and I won’t be able to unload until the morning after I get in so I need to park my u haul somewhere. Really nervous about it getting broken into… any ideas on somewhere nearby for can park it that’s safer? My friend suggested the lot by rice stadium but not sure if overnight parking is available.
