Over 25 wanting learners permit

Growing up my parents were controlling and wouldn't teach me to drive/let me use their car to take the test.

Friends also won't let me use their car to learn/take the test (mostly because theyre in horrible condition), so I'm over the age that's generally use for learners permit. I want to take one of those drivers school courses, since I mostly only need to learn to parallel park, but they require a learners permit lol

Will I be able to get one despite being over the general age? I took the written exam already about 10 months ago but COVID and work prevented me from actually going in.
