Outpatient surgery transportation TMC

I don’t have anyone available to take me to/from TMC for outpatient surgery in a week. Has anyone used any medical transport companies or know of another option? I have been unsuccessful so far to get a quote estimate so I have no idea what to expect. There isn’t an exact time I would be ready for pickup, so that adds to the difficulty. Any help appreciated!
