Out-of-State Car Purchase from Private Seller

So I'm buying car from someone in New York through eBay motors. What do I need from this seller? Title, Bill of Sale, Car obviously. I filled out a 130U forum to the best of my knowledge, but don't know what to do next?

Transport is already arranged, and I'm set to wire transfer the money over tomorrow morning.

Any advice??
