Out of Network Anesthesiologist in Memorial Hermann

I'm soon scheduled for a surgery at Memorial Hermann (in network) with a doctor (in network). But I found out US Anesthesia Partners who by the way operate in most Houston area hospitals are Out of Network with United Health Care. Do I have any recourse?
If the medical issues were not mentally exhausting enough now this.
