Other neighborhoods with craftsman/bungalow style homes, other than the heights?

I like the "vibe" of the heights, but it seems to slowly getting overrun with townhouses, and the single family homes with yards end up being 1-2m.

What are some other areas in/around houston that have similar style houses, bonus points for no HOA? Im lucky enough that location doesnt really matter.
