OTC and COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Myself and a coworker in the oil and gas equipment and services industry are debating if OTC 2020 will be cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). He is 100% sure it will be whereas I'm not quite so sure. But with the volume of hotel rooms and flights that would need to be booked in the coming weeks, a decision would need to be made soon. What do you think?
