After the Trey Trade I became sad, bummed, and disappointed. I knew it was inevitable that he was going to be traded. But much like losing anything that you love, no matter how much you prepare yourself it still hurts like hell when it happens.

So I started snooping around r/astros and I immediately saw you all welcoming him with open arms. I’ve even witnessed a few of you say that you “love him already” before he’s even stepped on the field.

So thank you. Thank you for treating Trey with the hospitality and love that he deserves, because he IS the fucking man. I’ll be rooting for him and the Astros to win it all this October.

Also thank you for Mike Elias, I really f**k with him & believe he’s closing in on turning the O’s into legit contenders. Maybe we can meet deep in the playoffs sometime in the next couple years.
