Orthopedic vet

We have a cat that's just been diagnosed with patellar luxation and our vet thinks he will probably need surgery. He's offered us a referral to Gulf Coast or Blue Pearl, which I know are good but $$$$$.
I see from past posts recommendations mostly seem to be A&M and Sugarland and out in Grove. wondering if any of that has changed or if anyone can recommend someone else too.

Obviously not something we want to cheap out on, but I'm not going to lie and say that price is no object. I'd also appreciate any idea of how much it would cost.
