Orthopedic office that accepts third party liability?

Hi all, my fiancé and I were recently in a car accident this past weekend and we’ve been trying to find an office that deals with spine injuries and accepts third party liability. Any suggestions? This is the first time we’ve been going through this and are trying to figure it out.
