Orthopedic doctor/ganglion cyst removal

Has anyone here had a ganglion cyst removed at an affordable price and could recommend a doctor/hospital? I had a surgery set up with advanced orthopedics at st Luke’s and they just let me know the surgery was $18k with me paying $4k to the hospital and $400 to the doctor.

My insurance place is a $750 deductible and 25% after the deductible is met. I’m open to driving out as far a temple, college station, Austin if anyone has had this done in those cities.
