Ortho/surgery Veterinary Recommendation

My labrador needs an ACL surgery, but the place I brought him (HTown Veterinary in Stafford Tx) quoted each knee for $6200. I was hoping for recommendations more in the $6000 range for both knees to be done. Has anyone had experience or recommendations for a vet in a lower price range in Houston? I'm willing to drive if needed. Thank you in advance!
