Orbit question

My 11yo son is a huge orbit fan (what kid isn't), for his birthday I got him a custom green orbit jersey, 00 and orbit across the back. We have tickets to the 7/31 game vs the pirates in section 255…I know we won't run into orbit up there, does anyone know what our best option would be to try and get orbit to sign his jersey? My wife and I went in May and sat way down by the field and orbit was not far from us taking pics with kids and stuff…..do they allow kids down there before gametime? I appreciate any help yall can give me!
