Orange glow in the eastern sky

I’ve noticed it a few times when the clouds are low like they are tonight (3/29/20). There’s an orange glow reflecting off the clouds due east of the city. It almost looks like a fire. It’s not static.

Anyone else notice it? Possibly the refineries?

For reference, we’re in the heights.
