Opinions on this interview with a female Astro’s camera operator?

Has anybody watched this interview? I came across it while looking at other Astro’s videos, and I haven’t see anybody talk about it. I thought the interviewed covered a great topic, needing more females in the sports industry. I thought that the girl being interviewed did a good job, but wish she would have gave more detail about her experience working as a female in the sports industry. She said it has been hard being a female in the industry because no one will bother a man doing their job, but will bother a female. I am curious what other people think about this topic?
