opinions on jacinto city?

i'm moving here temporarily for a job for a few moths (then moving back near downtown) and wanted to know the crime rate and how nice the town is. little nervous, doesn't seem that friendly, seems like a high crim rate area. i found a place on lanewell st. wanted to know the crime rate and how nice the area is around in the city
