Opinion on Flood insurance for Sienna

If you live in Sienna, do you have flood insurance? FEMA says it’s Zone X and the section I’m looking hasn’t flooded during Harvey.

Costs are pretty high. Over $1200. On top of home insurance which is over $3500.
