Opinion on East Bend?

Me and my roommate (2 girls) are looking for apartments in the Heights and come across East Bend. They are having a great deal right now with 8 weeks of rent free. It kinda sounds too good to be true and we don’t know much about the area around East Bend in the heights so just want some thoughts.
