One Day in Houston- Halal Must Eats

Coming to ur wonderful city from Chicago on a day trip/for work Sunday and leaving Monday morning. I want to sample real texas food with the only caveat being it being halal and not too far (willing to use public transit/uber). For sure want to try barbecue and as a Pakistani must make the pilgrimage to Aga's. What would you guys recommend 🙂

Edit: Any regional Specialties would be great as well! Trying to get as much of the Texas food experience as I can in under 16 hours
