Old Country Buffet, Ryan’s, HomeTown Buffet owners declare bankruptcy

More than a dozen entities affiliated with a San Antonio restaurant operator have filed for bankruptcy protection, and the “vast majority” of locations its classic buffet chains will remain closed, with only one brand expected to relaunch.
