Oil and Gas Folks – What’s the Latest?

I've heard of the following scenarios from my friend group and wanted to know if their experiences are universal at this point. I have friends in Upstream through Downstream, engineers to landmen, and so far some have experienced:

1.) Layoffs
2.) Pay Cut reduction
3.) Forced Retirement

I was wondering if anyone had any positive news, as well as finding a non-O&G job in Houston (if you have been laid off) ?
