Off-leash dog parks?

So I googled off-leash dog parks, and different websites list a bunch of the dog parks around here and they’re all run by the city of Houston, which requires a leash at all times in dog parks.

So my question is, are there any fenced-in off-leash dog parks in the area? I’ve got two large boys who love to swim and run and that isn’t exactly feasible on a leash.
