Odd fella out at the bayou

Was doing some exercise and in between sets I’m catching my breath and this dude rolls up on a bike and asks if I want to play assassin and The jackal or some craziness. I just kinda blankly stared at him and he elaborates “like some 1800s war s**t!” And I just told him I didn’t know what he was talking about and that I’m lost. And he says “I thought you wanted to play.” And rides off. Bizarre interaction, definitely glad when he rode away though. Anyone run into this out at the bayou? I think he was bald, wearing sunglasses, riding a bike with a basket in the front, kinda like the rental bikes (though I don’t think it was one).
