Odd ask: Chinese speaking elder estate planning?

I've never done this before but I've tried searching for lawyers that can help with estate planning and such in the Houston area (Bellaire preferred) that can help explain things to my mom. Shes over 70 and her health is on a far from good downward trajectory. I'm not in Texas so its been challenging to find someone.

She's oddly/annoying concerned about her wealth shes accumulated (hell a lot of money has sadly come from myself and my siblings). I tried to explain to her that she needs to start figuring out trusts and such and we need to stop giving her money now (she has plenty). Shes blissfully ignorant to govt ways and how medicaid/medicare will pull from your wealth to pay for elder care if necessary. Shes under the impression its hers to give to her grand kids.

I was hoping to find someone that speaks Chinese that can help explain things to her – I'm guessing its an estate lawyer? Unfortunately, my siblings and I did not learn Chinese so its been a challenge.

Funny tidbit – I found some stuff on medicare clawback and asked ChatGPT to translate it and I think she understood it. But regardless – if anyone has a referral to a lawyer that could help – that would be amazing! Thanks so much
