Occidental Petroleum expands footprint at Houston HQ
Houston-based Occidental Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: OXY) is adding more than 90,000 square feet to its existing headquarters, just a month after Oxy made another noteworthy real estate transaction in the Houston area.
The oil and gas company inked a long-term lease expansion for 91,986 square feet at Three Greenway Plaza, according to a press release. That brings Oxy’s total footprint in Greenway Plaza to more than 972,000 square feet.
