OB GYN recs near 290/out of loop

I’m really confused about the insurance, Medicaid, Star, all that stuff (sorry my parents did not really teach me about that type of stuff nor were we able to really afford healthcare and I only recently got Medicaid approved). I just applied for Medicaid and got approved. I chose my plan which is Texas Children Health. So I assumed I was suppose to find an OB, correct? I’m 14 weeks pregnant so I mean technically I don’t select the primary care physician right? I need an OB. My plan with Texas Children Health does not start until Feb, so does anyone have any recommendations for OB that are located around the 290/Oak Forest area that is within my Medicaid provider? I’ve been looking around and they provided me with a list but all the reviews are so terrible and I mean of course, no one gives good reviews on Yelp/Google but I rather have word of mouth suggestions. Also any tips regarding insurance, first time pregnancy, anything helpful (once again, sorry if this is dumb, like I said we couldn’t really afford healthcare and I moved around often so my parents never taught me these types of important information but I would like to know for myself and my future baby)
