NYE free firework shows?

Hello all, i’m visiting from out of town and was looking for free family friendly firework events in the greater houston area to ring in 2024. Does anyone have any locations or events they’d like to recommend? I’ve heard of the one on Kemah Boardwalk but was slightly confused if it was free or not? I know Kemah requires a purchase for the rides but is it free to just walk around on the boardwalk and in the area? I’ve been the pleasure pier as well and the boardwalk there is not free. anything in/around 50 miles of houston would be great! Thanks!
