NY coworking co. targets Uptown/Galleria tower for first Houston location
A New York-based coworking company has set its sights on Houston for its latest expansion.
Serendipity Labs Coworking signed a lease to occupy more than 28,000 square feet of space on the 20th floor of the Marathon Oil Tower.
Serendipity targeted the Marathon Oil Tower, located at 5555 San Felipe Street, for its first coworking space in Houston because of its location in the growing Uptown/Galleria submarket, the company said in a news release.
