NWS Houston going with 110 mph EF-1 Tornado for Cypress and 100mph Derecho event for downtown Houston & Baytown/Galena Park based on 5/16 survey reports (Preliminary, subject to change as survey continues)
Basically got both an EF-1 Tornado and the equivalent of a very fast moving C2 hurricane in a single event.
