Numbers Nightclub pls help

Does anybody know someone who works at Numbers Nightclub or has some experience going? I have some important questions for a friend and I but nobody answers the phone number on the website.

Question one: my friend is over 21 but never got the landscape ID. It's still portrait or vertical like how IDs would look if the person isn't 21. She's never been turned away from bars but she's never tried to use thw ID at a night club, will it work?

Question two: The night we are going specifically is Halloween. I'm going to be covered in face paint for my Halloween costume, will they still let me in?

I have tried emailing the establishment and calling at all hours with no answer. My friend is anxious she'll have to rush to get a new ID for Halloween and I'm anxious they won't let me in with full face paint. Help?
