Now that the Eagles have hired their Head Coach, why can’t Texans get a handshake deal in place for their preferred candidate?

Basically Bieniemy won't be risking a position on another team and Texans won't be risking losing their fallback candidate, so I think Texans and Bieniemy, if it's to be, could be announced to reporters by tomorrow.
