Now that Mike Evans seems to be out of reach..

what do you guys think about signing D-Hop for something like 3/$30 million? Sounds like he has an opt out of his contract with the Titans (2/$26) this off-season and we could welcome him back home to be our elite wr3 option with Stroud. We could still get someone like Troy Franklin in the draft to develop behind in case of injury and/or if Nico gets too expensive next year. Thoughts?
