Novel iftar spots for couple Friday?

Rare Friday without kids and family. Want to take spouse somewhere special for Iftar. A lot of the more well known spots (Agas, Mai Colachi) we frequent already. Hoping to surprise with something different and looking for suggestions. In sugarland, up to 30 minute travel OK. TIA!!
