Norton Rose Fulbright names Houston lawyer as next global chief executive

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has named its first new global chief executive since it was formed in 2013 by the merger of London-based Norton Rose and Houston’s Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.

Gerald “Gerry” Pecht, based in the firm’s Houston office, will take over the role on Jan. 1, 2021, according to a press release. He has served as the firm’s global head of dispute resolution and litigation since 2014.
