Nonjudgmental Dentist (Cigna)

Hi everyone! I just recently got dental insurance for the first time in a super long time. I’m nervous about going and feeling judged and lectured for the condition of my teeth/gums. I know they aren’t in the best condition and I am excited to finally be able to have regular cleanings, but I don’t want to be lectured on the fact that I went so long between dentist visits. Does anyone have any recommendations? Cigna dental plan, I live in SE Houston but willing to drive.
