Non-degreed graphic design courses

Are there any non-degreed (not sure if that's the right term) graphic design courses in the city? I'm looking for something in person that's graphic design related. Individual courses or weeks/months long programs. I'm looking for help to get my creativity flowing while also providing structure and incentives. UX, UI, coding, graphic design topics like typography, color theory, layout, branding, etc.
